The Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1992 and the Manual handling Operations 1992 (revised 1998) states employers should provide safe equipment and safe systems of work, provide information and training for staff and carry out a risk assessment.
You will be required to supply a suitable training room with a television, video flipchart stand. Also a suitable area for the practical session.
